GRS - GLOBAL RECYCLED STANDARD
Products certified to the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) contain recycled material that has been verified at each stage of the supply chain, from the source to the final product. In addition, facilities from the source to final supplier have met social, environmental, and chemical requirements.
Fabric made from recycled components reduces the use of virgin materials and is a step towards increased circularity.

SORONA® AURA
Sorona® Aura fibre is an eco-efficient performance fibre. It is partially plant-based and can be recycled in any normal polyester recycling stream. Sorona® Aura is a top-of-the-line material, which offers lightweight, breathable, and warm features. The main consumer benefits are seen over the life of the garments, as Sorona-based fabrics maintain a high level of stretch, recovery, and colour fastness wash after wash.
SUGENRO®
Sugenro® is a recycled thermal insulation wadding. GRS-approved Sugenro® fibre is made from recycled polyester and provides padding that guarantees warmth and breathability while being environmentally friendly.
BIONIC FINISH® ECO
BIONIC-FINISH® ECO represents an ecological technology with unique non-halogenated, APEO-free, and fluorine-free formulations for permanent water-repellent finishing. This eco-friendly water-repellent treatment offers a range of consumer-friendly features, such as repelling water and aqueous soiling substances, being
washable, and suitable for all fibre types. It has the added benefits of not affecting breathability, being free from fluorinated compounds, and being formaldehyde-free. BIONIC FINISH® - Registered Trademark of RUDOLF GmbH.
AMFORI
Nimbus is a member of amfori BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative). Amfori BSCI conducts audits to evaluate labour conditions, safety, and working environments at supplier sites. Over 90% of our styles are produced in amfori-audited factories. These audit reports enhance transparency and provide assurance that we collaborate with sustainable suppliers. This allows us to promote and verify safe and fair working conditions, as well as ethical business practices, throughout our supply chain.
